Do you really need to show up to your office party to stay friendly with your boss? Do you really need to go golfing with your friends, even when you hate golf, but go to keep appearances? This isn't to say everyone should stop watching Netflix or stop going to parties, it’s about doing things which really matter to you. It’s about using our time wisely, and stop wasting it on pointless things.
